# Access to Contact Form

**Step 1:** Access the Widget Tab

* Navigate to your Shopify admin panel.

* Click on "Apps" and select "Omega Chat" app.

* Move to tab "Contact Form"

**Step 2:** Select the form you want to customize by clicking the "Edit" icon, or create new form by fill the Form Name field and choose Form type
