After checking the website and there is no issue with the Facebook page. You should follow the following steps to check further.

1. Check script tag omgFbChatCheckInstallApp on the website
Press F12 or right mouse click to Inspect, then Ctrl + F to find the script tag

Yes. If you can find it like below:


Then go to next step

No. If you can't find it.

Please copy this link to a new tab
https://apps.omegatheme.com/facebook-chat/backend/cron/updateScriptTagInstallApp.php?shop=kaylee-95-store.myshopify.com
And replace the store URL kaylee-95-store.myshopify.com by the merchant Shopify store URL
When you press enter and it shows like this:
Update Single Shop Script Tag Complete, then double check again.

If the chat bubble still does not show on the page, go to next step

2. Visit the app to check the store theme
If you are not using 2.0 theme, visit the Stettings tab in the app, double check the theme and click Install code button



If you are using 2.0 theme, visit the Stettings tab in the app and click App embeds to set up

If the chat is still not showing, go to next step

3. Check the div class otFacbookChat on the website

Press F12 or right mouse click to Inspect, then Ctrl + F to find the <div> tag

If you can find it on the website as below, go to next step



If you can't find it on the website, please inform the merchant to grant us access to theme and app to check on their store.

If you can find it, go to the next step.

4. Check the id: id=fb-root on the website

If the id is inside the div class="otFacbookChat" like below:



Please inform the merchant to grant us access to theme and app to check on their store

If the id is not inside the div tag, please inform the merchant to grant us access to theme and app to check on their store
