# Cookie Banner on Customer Account Page

The **Cookie Banner on Customer Account Page** feature allows merchants to display a consent banner directly within their customer account section. This ensures that users can manage their cookie preferences even after logging in, providing greater transparency and flexibility in consent management.

### Key Capabilities
* **Display Cookie Banner**
Enable or disable the cookie banner within the customer account page.
* **Customizable Buttons**
Choose which action buttons (e.g., *Accept All*, *Reject All*, *Manage Preferences*) are displayed on the banner.
* **Quick Category Selector**
Provide users with a simplified way to accept or reject specific cookie categories quickly (e.g., *Analytics*, *Marketing*, *Preferences*).
* **Persistent Banner Option**
Enable the setting *“Keep displaying cookie banner when visitors have already given consent before”*.
This ensures the banner remains visible if you want to let users review or change their consent at any time.

## **How to Configure**
1. **Navigate to Settings**
Go to **App Admin → Settings → Account Page**.
2. **Enable the Feature**
Toggle on **Active banner**.
3. **Configure Options**
    * Select which buttons should appear on the banner.
    * Enable or disable the quick category selector.
    * Decide whether the banner should keep displaying even after consent has been given.
4. **Save Changes**
Once configured, your settings will be applied.

## **Adding the Banner to Customer Account Page**
After completing the configuration in Settings:
1. Open your store’s **Custom Account Editor**.
2. Navigate to **Consentik Customer Account Banner** block.
3. Insert the block into your desired location on the account page.
4. Save and publish changes.

### Add Consent Preferences Page to Customer Account

The **Consent Preferences Page** allows customers to review and manage their cookie consent settings directly from their account. This ensures transparency and gives users ongoing control over their privacy choices after their initial visit.

###### How to Add the Consent Preferences Page
Follow these steps to add the **Consent Preferences** page to your **Customer Account** section:
1. **Open Customize Page**
In your store editor, go to the **Customize Page** section.
2. **Access Apps Section**
From the left panel, select **Apps**.
3. **Add Consent Preferences Page**
    * In the **Consentik Cookie** section, click the **“+”** icon next to **Consent Preferences**.
    * From the dropdown list, select **Accounts**.

1. **Save Settings**
Click **Save** to confirm your configuration.

1. **Add to Navigation Menu**
Select **Add to Menu** to include the new **Consent Preferences** page in your site’s customer account navigation.
