Can't find your product collection when creating the catalog using the Product feed feature of the Omega Facebook Multi Pixels app?



Sometimes when using the Product feed feature on Facebook Multi Pixels app, you can not find any or some particular product/collection to choose from. It is because the app may not fully connect to all of your products on Shopify. No worry, it is really simple to solve the problem!

Step 1: Go to the Event Setting section on your Facebook Multi Pixels app
Step 2: Scroll down at the end of the section, find and click the Sync Data button



And wait for a couple of minutes, the products will all be there, waiting to be fed onto Facebook!
