**Does the app cost anything?**
No. It is free, with no limit on pixels or orders.

**Will it slow down my store?**
No. The app never adds code to your theme. It uses Shopify's official web pixel, which is also removed cleanly if you uninstall.

**Why does every event show two rows in Ads Manager?**
One row comes from the shopper's browser and one from our server. Both share the same event ID, so ChatGPT counts the action only once. The server row keeps your data complete when browsers block ad scripts.

**Why do purchases show up late?**
Purchases sent from the server wait for Shopify to confirm the order, so they can take a few minutes. Conversions in campaign reports can take up to a day to settle.

**My numbers look different from Ads Manager. Is something broken?**
Usually not. The Campaigns page follows your ad account's timezone, data refreshes periodically ("Refresh" works once per minute), and conversions have a settling delay. Compare the same date window in the same timezone.

**What happens if I disconnect my ChatGPT Ads account?**
Only the ads key is removed. Your store keeps sending events, so tracking is uninterrupted; the Campaigns page and spend numbers stop showing until you reconnect.

**What happens if I uninstall the app?**
Tracking stops immediately and your stored ads keys are deleted. If you reinstall later, the automatic setup runs again.

**Is my customers' data shared?**
Only in hashed form, and only when the shopper has consented to tracking and has not opted out of data sharing, following your Shopify privacy settings. The original values never leave the shopper's browser.

**I have two pixels turned on. Is that a problem?**
Yes: your events get split between them, so both look weaker than reality. Keep one pixel turned on per ad account.

**The connect page says "Automatic pixel setup isn't available".**
ChatGPT has not enabled automatic setup for your account yet. Enter your Pixel ID and Conversions API key manually on the same page and click "Save and check".

**Something failed and I see an error banner. What should I send support?**
The **"Request ID"** shown in the banner, plus what you were doing. It lets us trace the exact request and respond much faster.
