# How to Accept a Collaborator Request on Shopify

When a collaborator request is sent to your store, you receive an email about the request and a notification on your Shopify Home. You can manage collaborator requests in the **Users or Users and Permissions** section of your Shopify admin. Follow the steps below to accept a collab request from our team.

* Step 1: From your Shopify admin, go to **Settings**

* Step 2: Click on **"Users and Permissions"** and scroll down the page, where you will find the request. You can also access the collab request from your Shopify notifications tab.

* Step 3: Click **"Review request** to review the request permissions

* Step 4: After reviewing the requested permissions, click "**Accept request"** at the bottom of the page**** to grant access to the requested permissions.

**Note:** If you are on the latest version of Shopify store, you can follow the outlined steps below to accept collaborator request.

* Step 1: From your Shopify admin, click on **Settings** from the bottom left corner of your screen

* Step 2: After opening the settings page, look to the lefthand side and click on **"Users"** then you will see the pending request(s)

* Step 3: Click on the pending request and click the option button on the righthandside of the request and select **"Edit permission"** to review the requested permissions

* Step 4: After reviewing the the requested permissions, click done and click **"Accept request"** from the top-righthand corner of the screen.
