# How to Add Refund Policy & Terms of Service Pages to the Footer Navigation Menu

# 1. Create or Verify the Refund Policy & Terms of Service Pages
Before adding them to the menu, make sure these two pages already exist in Shopify.
### **Step 1: Go to Pages**
* From Shopify Admin → **Online Store** → **Pages**

### **Step 2: Check if these pages already exist:**
* **Refund Policy**
* **Terms of Service**
If not, create them:
* Click **Add page**
* Enter the page title (e.g., *Refund Policy*)
* Paste your policy content (or auto-generate in Shopify Policies section)
* Click **Save**
## **(Optional) Auto-generate policy content from Shopify**
If you don’t have policy content yet:
* Go to **Settings → Policies**
* In the **Refund Policy** or **Terms of Service** section, click **Insert template**
* Save it or copy the generated content into a Page.

# 2. Add Refund Policy & Terms of Service to the Footer Navigation Menu
### **Step 1: Open Navigation**
* From Shopify Admin → **Content** → **Menu**

### **Step 2: Select the Footer menu**
* Choose the menu named **Footer**, **Footer Menu**, or **Footer Navigation** depending on your theme.
### **Step 3: Add new menu items**
Click **Add menu item**:
For Refund Policy:
* **Name:** Refund Policy
* **Link:** Select **Pages** → **Refund Policy**
* Click **Add**
For Terms of Service:
* **Name:** Terms of Service
* **Link:** Pages → Terms of Service
* Click **Add**
### **Step 4: Save**
* Click **Save** to apply the changes.

# 3. Add the Footer Menu into Your Theme

### **Step 1: Go to Theme Editor**
Shopify Admin → **Online Store → Themes → Edit theme**
### **Step 2: Open the Footer Section**
On the left panel:
* Scroll down → select **Footer**
### **Step 3: Assign the Footer Menu**
In the footer settings:
* Find **Menu** (or **Links**, depending on the theme)
* Click **Change**
* Select the menu you created earlier: **Footer Menu**
* Confirm selection
### **Step 4: Save**
Click **Save** in the top right corner.
