Why doesn't my Pixel track the Purchase event?
Regarding the Purchase event, it will only be tracked when the purchase is completed and your customer is redirected to the Thank You page after. Please note that our app only tracks Shopify checkout, not a third-party app
You need to go to Settings > Checkout
Add this script below

If you are still struggling with adding the code, you can grant us access to your theme by sending the staff invitation to [email protected] and we will add it for you
