# How to Get a Collaborator Request Code on Shopify

Follow the outlined steps below to get your collab code:

* Step 1: From your Shopify admin, go to **Settings**

* Step 2: Click on **Users and Permissions**, then scroll down the page, copy the collaborator code and share this code with our support team.

If your Shopify store is on the latest updated version, you should:

* Click on settings at the bottom left corner of your Shopify admin page
* Click "Users" and click "Security. Then you can copy the code from here and send it to our support team
