# Instruction to add Checkout blocks (for Shopify Plus only)

The Block checkout features of Blockify are now available Shopify app blocks for themes.

### What are the app blocks for themes?

It is the customization drag and drop elements on the theme including the Checkout page. ### Instruction to set up

First of all, ensure that you have at least 1 Block Checkout rule enabled in your store. If you don't have any Block checkout rules yet, please follow the steps in [this article](https://docs.ipblocker.io/~/changes/44Zuc8j7J1SjykZJzwQn/getting-started/block-checkout/block-checkout-based-on-conditions).

**Step 1: Navigate to** "**Online Store > Theme > Customize"**

**Step 2: Select the "Checkout page" on the page menu**

**Step 3: Click icon "Apps" **below the settings icon

Select the app block is **Blockify - Checkout UI**

Add app block

Select app block is Blockify

**Step 5: Allow Blockify app to block checkout**

Clicking on the Blockify - Checkout UI section, then tick on the option **"Allow app to block checkout"**

Ticked on option Allow app block check

**Step 6: Save your changes**

Now you can navigate to the Online store and then test the block rule on Checkout.
