# Integrate with Microsoft Universal Event Tracking Consent Mode

The **Microsoft Universal Event Tracking (UET) Consent Mode Integration** feature within the app provides a seamless way for merchants to implement Microsoft Universal Event Tracking Consent Mode on their e-commerce platforms. This feature allows merchants to respect user consent for cookies, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations while still enabling the collection of essential analytics and ad performance data.
Merchants can configure Microsoft UET Consent Mode directly from the app’s admin panel by navigating to **Settings → Integration → Universal Event Tracking**, and following these steps:
1. **Enable Microsoft Consent Mode** on your website

1. If you have **not added the UET tracking code** to your site, check the box **“UET tag hasn’t been added to your store”** and enter your UET Tracking ID in the **UET Tag ID** field.
2. If you have **not added the Clarity tracking code** to your site, check the box **“Clarity tag hasn’t been added to your store”** and enter your Clarity ID in the **CLARITY ID** field.

1. **Save the settings.** The app will automatically add an embedded code named **“CONSENTIK – UET & CLARITY”** to your Custom Code section under **Settings**.
2. Make sure you **enable this embed code** to activate the integration.
