# Limit one return request per order

## Overview 

In Synctrack Returns, merchant can set up an **advanced return policy** to optimize the return workflow. The **“Limit one return request per order”** feature allows the system to check existing return or exchange requests for the order. If one already exists, additional requests are blocked.


## How to enable Limit one return request per order?
### Go to Settings > Policies  
* Tick checkbox "Limit one return request per order" 
* Click "Save"
