Manage Requests and Quotes

This is where you can check and manage quotes which are sent by your customer:

Quote List.
Draft Quote.
Abandoned Quote.

Quote List


There are 4 statuses of quotes that you can see:

New: show up new quotes
Read: show up quotes that has been read
Purchased: show up quotes that have been purchased
Cancelled: show up quotes that have been cancelled.

Logs: If you have configured your email, once customers submit their request, an email will be sent to the customers. “Logs” will inform whether this email has been sent successfully or not. If not, it will show the red error message.

If you encounter the error, please check again your email settings (username, app password, smtp, port) at the Email Template or check the app access less secure, double-verification security of your email to allow the app work.

Trashed Quote.

When you choose to delete, there will appear a popup to confirm or you can move it to trashed quote.

The quote in draft will be removed after 60 days, you can restore it at anytime by going to Trashed Quote tab.
