# Manage service

The Service list page shows all services in your store and lets you search, edit, duplicate, delete, and switch publish status.

## Service list page

Go to the **Service** tab in the left sidebar.

## Service table structure

| Column | Content |
| ---- |
| **Service** | Image + service name (from the Shopify product). Booking type is shown below the name (Multiple day / Single day / No payment booking). |
| **Type** | Color label: `Rental` or `Workshop`. |
| **Status** | `Active` or `Draft` — dropdown to switch. |
| **Action** | 3 buttons: **Edit**, **View**, **More ▾** (Duplicate / Delete). |

## Search

Type a service name in the **"Search by service name"** field at the top of the page.

## Pagination

Choose **"Showing X per page"** at the bottom to adjust how many rows show per page.

## 2 statuses: Active and Draft

| Status | Meaning |
| ---- |
| **Active** | Service is published, displayed on the storefront, and accepts bookings. |
| **Draft** | Service is not published — customers cannot see it. Use when configuring the service or when you want to temporarily stop accepting bookings. |

Click the dropdown in the **Status** column to switch between the two.

## Action Menu

### Edit
Opens the detailed configuration page — edit availability, payment, and notification settings.

### View
Quick view of service info in a popup.

### Duplicate
Creates an exact copy of the current service. After duplicating, change the linked Shopify product (because the copy still uses the same product, which violates the 1 variant per service rule).

### Delete
Permanently deletes the service. Existing bookings remain in Booking Manager but cannot be edited.
