# Omega InstaFeed - Import media (with full children media) via Instagram, Meta for business & device



This feature allows you to easily bring in images, videos or reels from Instagram or personal device to use in your storefront display.

| 🎉 NEW: Import your Instagram posts via Meta for business account 



1. **Import from Instagram** 
Use this option to pull content with both main and children media directly from an Instagram post using **account connection method**. 

Go to **Media library** page, click Import media from Instagram

If the account **has been connected** to the app, it's shown here. If the account **has NOT been connected** to the app, click Connect & authorize permission. 
Select media you want to import & click **Confirm. **

Upon confirming, media will be listed into the table. Be noted that children media will be listed in the table as follow:

|| Multi Instagram accounts: 
Now Omega Instafeed has supported multi Instagram accounts. Enable users to connect multiple Instagram accounts, create flexible feeds using one or more accounts, and support businesses managing multiple brands, branches, markets, creators, or campaigns.

2. **Import via Meta for business**
This new feature allows you to connect your **Meta for Business account** and import all Instagram media linked to your Facebook pages — quickly and securely.


Go to **Media library** page, click Import media from Meta for business:
* Log in with your **Meta for Business account.**
* Once connected, you’ll see your **Meta profile** displayed at the top.
* Choose the **Facebook Page** connected to the Instagram account you want to import posts from.
* The dropdown will show all pages under your Meta account.
* After selecting a page, all available **Instagram posts and videos** will appear below.
* Tick the checkboxes for the posts you want to import.

Click **“Confirm”** to import the selected media into your Media library.

## **🔔Tips**
* Make sure your **Instagram account is connected** to the selected Facebook Page under your Meta Business settings.
* If media doesn’t appear, try refreshing the connection or checking your Meta permissions.
* You can re-import anytime to sync new posts.

3. **Import from device**

Go to **Media library** page, click Import media from device

Choose any images or videos and select the media that you want to import into app by ticking into the checkbox

Upon confirming, media will be listed into the table.
To view media in full screen, click into the action View as follow:

|| Important note


Media has 2 statuses: 
* **Active**: Media is imported successfully and ready to be published on feed. 
* ${color}[inline](Inactive:)${color}[inline]( )Media has been deleted in your Shopify admin and cannot be displayed on feed anymore.
