# Real-time Inventory Sync

This **Real-time Inventory Sync** template allows you to automatically adjust purchase limits based on your current stock levels.

This helps you prevent overselling and better control how many items customers can purchase as inventory changes.

###### How it works

You can set:
* A default limit rule (applies when no inventory conditions is matched)
* Multiple inventory-based tiers that adjust limits dynamically based on stock levels
When inventory changes, the app will automatically apply the correct rule

###### How to set up

1. Select the template
Go to Create rule -> Choose Real-time Inventory Sync template

2. Set default limit rule
In the **Limit rules** section, configure: Min (quantity), Max (quantity), Multiple. This is the default rule, applied when no inventory condition below is matched

3. Set inventory-based tiers
In the **Inventory sync** section, you can define rules based on stock levels. For each tier:
* **When stock below**: Set the inventory threshold
* **Min / Max / Multiple**: Define the limit rule for that stock level
Click **Add tier** to create more conditions.

Important notes:
* If inventory does not match any tier, the default rule will be applied
* If a product is not tracking inventory, the app will apply the default rule
* This feature works automatically and updates limits in real time based on your product inventory

4. Select product 
Choose from 5 options to apply the limit rules:
* **All products**: Apply the limit rules to all products in your store
* **Specific collections**: Apply the limit rules to the selected collections
* **Group products**: Apply the limit rules to products that match specific conditions (e.g., tags, titles, or vendors)
* **Specific products**: Apply the limit rules to the selected individual products
* **Specific product variants**: Apply the limit rules to the selected product variants

5. Apply to markets
* Allows merchants to set personalized limit rules for each market or country, tailoring restrictions to regional needs.
* Search and choose the countries/regions where you want the rule to apply.

6. Target customer

7. Schedule
You can set start and end times for limit rules, and the system will automatically follow the schedule, saving management time

8. Display settings
Allows you to set the message shown when a discount has reached its usage limit
