The meaning of each setting option is as follows:

Enable Viewed Products
If you enable the Viewed products option, you can see the list of products that customers have viewed before submitting request for quote.

This option allows you to know your customer's behaviors and send in the right quote.


User Confirm Email Before Progress:
To avoid any wrong customer email address, you can choose this option to send a confirmation email to the customer. After the customer confirms their email address, an email of quote info will be sent to the customer and admin.

After adding, the popup will show like below:

Customer data synchronization with Shopify customer:
Enable this if you want the app to auto create customer accounts on Shopify admin once the app gets an email address after customers submit a quote request.

Please note that to use this function, you need to update permission by clicking on the link inside the app admin.

Redirect after submitting:
After customers submit their quote requests, if you would like to redirect to any page such as Thank you page, just fill in the URL value and save to use this.



* VIEW QUOTE BUTTON
This section belongs to “View quote button” settings:
+ Show ‘View quote’ button: enable if you want to show this button. This allows customers to see what’s they have added in the quote

+ Always show 'View quote' button though empty quote: enable this to show the button even if the customer hasn’t added any products to the quote yet.

+ View Quote: you can change the title of view quote button at the box of this section

+ Show 'View quote' button next Cart icon: display “view quote” next to the cart icon instead of showing on the side of the page

+ View History Quotes: see the customer’s quote history after they log in their accounts on your store

To change the title, enter text in the box under it.

* REQUEST FOR QUOTE POPUP
This section belongs to “Request for quote popup” settings:


+ Hide the Option column of the product quote list table: “Option” column shows the customer option for the variant of the product (such as size, weight…)
You can change the title by changing the text in the box
It will be hidden if you tick the checkbox

+ Hide the Quantity column of the product quote list table: “Quantity” column shows how many you have selected to buy a item
You can change the title by changing the text in the box
It will be hidden if you tick the checkbox

+ Hide the Remove button in quote list table: “Remove” button to let customers remove items they have added
You can change the title by changing the text in the box
It will be hidden if you tick the checkbox

+ Show the total price of quote: tick the checkbox if you would like to show.

+ Continue Shopping & 'Add quote successful' Message: enter text in the box to change, it will show in the popup after customers add a product to quote:



+ Show the total price of product: enter text in the box to change title. This is the total price of single item in the list.

+ Show the product's price: enter text in the box to change title.

+ Show the product's sku: show product’s sku if available of the product

+ Show the product's message: the space that you would like to let your customers leave their message on each product

+ Required product's message: customers must fill in this option before submitting the quote

Change the title of this value by changing text in “Message” and change the placeholder on “Message placeholder”

+ 'Empty Quote' Message: message that shows up when customers click “View quote” button

+ Product: “product” column in the quote, enter text to the bar to change text.

REQUEST FOR QUOTE FORM
This section belongs to “Request for quote form” settings:



+ 'Submit Quote' Button Text: enter text in the box to change text

+ Successfully Submit Quote' Message: enter text in the box to change text

+ 'Submitting Quote' Text: text showing after clicking the “Submit quote” button, type in the box if you want to change.

+ 'Unsuccessfully Submit Quote' Message: enter text in the box to change text

* SALESMAN SETTINGS



This part is to set the rule to assign the quote requests for your salesman team.

+ Admin assign quotes: the admin will assign the quote manually

+ Random assign quotes: the quotes will be assigned randomly within the salesman members

+ Auto assign quotes to the least salesman: assign the quote to the salesman who have the least requests

+ Salesman number quote: number of quote requests assign for each salesman

GOOGLE RECAPTCHA
Set up Google reCaptcha site key and secret key in order to add Captcha to the RFQ form.



How to create Google reCAPTCHA Site Key and Secret Key

To set up, at first, you need to have a Gmail account or sign up for a Gmail account.
Click to this link https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create#list
Name the label (easy name for you to search), choose type of reCAPTCHA (v2 or v3), add your domain
Tick “Accept the reCAPTCHA Terms of Service” option, click Submit
Google will generate two keys: Site key and Secret key for you to copy into the app.

Please use the corresponding information in the app v2 or v3.



TIMEZONE & DATETIME PICKER


+ Timezone: your timezone to view all the information inside the app admin.

+ Datetime picker: Select the theme and language of datetime picker, then click to preview the display. This section will show up if you add Date/ time in the quote from:
