# Staff notifications

The **Staff Notifications** feature allows you to automatically notify staff members whenever a new order is placed. This ensures that your team is immediately informed about incoming orders and can prepare fulfillment, pickup, or delivery schedules without delay.

**How to set up:**
1. Go to **Settings > Staff notifications**

2. Add Notification Recipients
* Click **Add recipient**

* Enter **Email address** and **Receive notifications ​**

3. Enable Order Notifications
