Your privacy and data security are our top priority. **Synctrack LLMs Index – SEO AI** is designed to work entirely with public information that’s already visible on your online store. It never touches your customer data, order details, or any private information.

The app only reads and uses information that’s already public, including:
* Product titles and descriptions
* Collection names and URLs
* Blog posts or other public content
* Store name, domain, and policy pages
This information is used to create structured summaries (like the llms.txt file) and to share store updates with search engines and AI systems. All data comes directly from your Shopify store’s public endpoints — nothing private or sensitive is accessed.

### **What the app does not collect**
**Synctrack LLMs Index does not:**
* Access customer names, emails, or order information
* Read payment, checkout, or account data
* Modify your store settings or private files
* Store or sell data to any third party
Your Shopify permissions stay strictly within read-only access for public store content.

### **How your data is protected**
* All communication between your store and external systems (like Bing) uses secure connections.
* Data is processed only for the purpose of improving your AI visibility — not for analytics, marketing, or resale.
* Any cached data used for processing is automatically cleared after indexing or submission is complete.
