Facebook Multi Pixels - Getting started with pixel installations
This is the very first step to start sending events from your store to Facebook. There are 2 concepts to bear in mind: *** Browser events:** sent by a pixel that works and executes on the visitor’s browser. Pixel installed this way is prone to data loss due to cookie blockers, ad blockers & browser blockers. *** Server events:** sent from our servers to Facebook server, without depending on browsers. This means less data loss. You’ll mostly need to send both kinds of events for accura

Multi Facebook Pixels - Analytics tab
Seeing a large number of queries asking about the purchase events tracking, we have released the purchase report feature to show how many purchases event our app has sent to Facebook. However, please note that when Facebook reflects that information to the Facebook Manager depending on Facebook itself. The Analytics section offers you a dashboard to check all purchase orders within the last 60 days.
Receiving a number of question about why the pixel doesn't fire or trigger any events on the Facebook Pixel Helper after setting the app correctly, we are making a tutorial video to help you to check and resolve it on your end. As normal, once you install the app, it will automatically embed the app code to your theme so that the app can work for your store . However, if you are not in that case, please check your store theme to see: so pixel cannot send customer information to Facebook, so there is a warning, it is no problem. If the customer logs in, the app still sends all the information to Facebook. This is normal Only clients who are tracked by CAPI have this warning, so no problem. Omega Ads Attribution Report - FAQs
1. What if I have already got my utm string pre-defined? First, take a look at the structure of a UTM key-value pair: utm_campaign={{campaign.id}} (just for example) The utm_campaign is the key and campaign.id is the value that will populate the key once generated. Each platform has their own way of looking at these keys and find the value associated with it. So technically y

Facebook Multi Pixels - Test custom events
Testing custom events is exactly the same as how you test a standard event. The only difference is that instead of performing a standard event (page view, view content, add to cart, initiate checkout, purchase), you want to perform the custom event you’ve built. In this example, we built a ** “subscribe”** event that fires at the click of the subscribe button. Observe the test custom event in the Test Event tab . If you do, what’s needed is to create a catalog & upload products to it through a data feed. Please find out how to do that in the related articles. Facebook Multi Pixels - How does the app work?
The way our App works is, we make sure to record and sends all the Data collected in real-time directly to Facebook and then all that Data can be viewed in your Events Manager. But after our App has sent the Data it is up to Facebook to allocate it to the correct adsets in your Ads Manager. Our App has no control over the Data once it gets sent Recently, due to Facebook reporting limitations, Real-time reporting will not be supported, and data may be delayed up to 3 days. Therefore, yo

Why do I need to remove the test event?
If you don’t remove the test code after testing, real events will be sent to Test Event instead of Event Manager => you’ll lose numerous events that should be allocated in ads reports. (real events will be sent to test event and not to the ads manager)

Why doesn’t the event count look identical to my Shopify Analytics, e.g. with add to cart?
First, Shopify measures your entire store session while pixels only measure the events on the pages it’s set to fire on. Secondly, Shopify only counts 1 add to cart if a shopper reaches the cart page in the same session, while Omega pixel counts 1 every time the ATC button is clicked. E.g. If a shopper clicks the ATC button twice but doesn’t visit the cart page → Shopify will report 0 ATC for that session, while Omega server-side pixel will report 2 ATC events.
