# 奖励积分

### 奖励金功能说明

#### 功能概述
奖励金是商家根据自身需求设置的额外金额福利，可应用于换货订单。您可以选择以下两种设置方式：
* **固定金额**：每笔换货订单给予固定数额奖励
* **比例计算**：按照换货订单小计金额的百分比计算（例如：订单金额的5%）

#### 配置步骤
1. 进入 **设置 > 促销活动 > 奖励金**
2. 设置金额和适用条件
3. 填写清晰的说明文案，帮助顾客理解奖励规则

#### 顾客端体验
* 当奖励金额大于0时，顾客将在换货页面看到醒目的奖励提示

* 提交换货申请后，系统将自动计算并显示可获得的奖励金额
