# 设置运输承运商及账户集成

# 物流承运商集成设置指南

## 第一步：启用预付运费标签功能
1. 进入控制面板中的【设置】
2. 选择【退换货流程】
3. 找到【退货方式】版块
4. 开启【预付运费标签】选项

## 第二步：设置/同步仓库地址
* 点击【从Shopify同步】自动获取地址
* 或选择【新建】手动输入仓库地址

### 重要注意事项
确保以下地址信息与物流承运商账户中的记录完全一致：
* 公司名称
* 街道地址（含第二行地址如适用）
* 城市
* 州/省
* 邮政编码
* 国家
* 电话号码

## 第三步：连接物流承运商
1. 返回【设置】页面
2. 选择【物流】选项
3. 从支持的承运商列表中选择（如FedEx、Australia Post等）

4. 根据提示输入选定承运商的账户凭证

## 故障排除
当标签生成失败时，请按以下步骤检查：
1. 逐字段比对系统地址与承运商账户地址
2. 检查拼写、标点和格式差异
3. 更新系统中不匹配的字段

## 关键提示
* 地址信息必须完全一致，细微差异都可能导致错误
* 定期验证两套系统中的地址信息是否同步
* 承运商地址变更后请及时更新本系统
* 部分承运商对地址格式有特殊要求，请确保遵守

完成设置后，系统将能自动生成预付退货标签，简化您的退货流程管理。
