# 设置通知邮箱

**导航路径：常规设置 → 邮件通知**  
通过**邮件通知**功能关联邮箱，即可接收新报价请求提醒并直接向客户发送报价邮件。

# 功能目的
* 实时接收新报价请求的**邮件提醒**  
* 通过绑定邮箱直接向客户发送**专业报价邮件**  

# 配置步骤
### 1. 进入邮件通知设置
* 导航至**常规设置**  
* 选择**邮件通知**模块  

### 2. 关联邮箱账户
* 选择邮箱服务类型  
* 支持主流邮箱服务及自定义配置  

### 3. 完成邮箱验证
* 按指引完成身份验证与账户关联  
* 成功后可实现：**接收店铺新请求通知 & 通过绑定邮箱直接发送报价**  

推荐选项：  
* Gmail用户选择[Google账号登录](https://docs.quotesnap.net/getting-started/connect-email#1.-sign-in-with-gmail)（或[Gmail SMTP](https://docs.quotesnap.net/getting-started/connect-email#2.-gmail-smtp)，非首选）  
* Office 365用户选择对应登录方式  
* 其他邮箱选择"其他"

### 3-1. Google账号登录
1. 选择"Google账号登录"  
2. 选择目标邮箱账户  
3. 点击**允许**授权Quote Snap访问权限

4. 授权后点击**继续**，系统将发送测试邮件完成验证

|| 📌 点击"断开连接"可随时更换绑定邮箱  

### 3-2. Gmail SMTP
需使用Google账户的**应用专用密码**（非邮箱密码）

|| 📌 若提示"SMTP连接失败"，请检查是否开启"允许不够安全的应用"  

* **开启低安全级别访问权限**  
访问[https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps](https://accounts.google.com/signin/v2/challenge/pwd?continue=https%3A%2F%2Fmyaccount.google.com%2Flesssecureapps&service=accountsettings&osid=1&rart=ANgoxccYy2OHT3TE8rrxc6fX9Cuy_uzT8V4_sYSvHr8BESn28uSM-zmp0OzjEJxCRvOHMnc0T0WW0t1DFP3dy_JrIx2kLvd9YA&TL=AM3QAYYEjOnnp1-cMG5uLbVXEYScmGOpf8d7GePVAIFf-Lzq19SMLdF8kKxwrOe9&flowName=GlifWebSignIn&cid=1&flowEntry=ServiceLogin)开启权限（若未显示该选项需联系管理员）

* **生成应用专用密码**  
1. 登录[Google账户](https://myaccount.google.com/)  
2. 进入"安全"→开启"两步验证"→选择"应用密码"

3. 选择"其他（自定义名称）"→输入应用名称→点击"生成"  
4. 复制生成的16位密码填入SMTP配置

###### ⚠️ 重要提示：  
若界面显示如下提示，说明管理员已禁用该选项：

**管理员开启步骤**：  
1. 登录[Google管理控制台](https://admin.google.com/)  
2. 进入安全→基本设置→低安全级别应用  
3. 选择组织单位后启用"允许用户管理低安全级别应用访问权限"  
4. 点击**保存**  

### 3-3. Office 365登录  
* 选择对应选项（适用于outlook.com/hotmail.com等）

* 登录后点击**接受**授权  
* 点击**连接**接收测试邮件  

### 3-4. 其他邮箱

###### 示例1：Zoho邮箱  
1. 在Zoho管理控制台进入：邮件设置→工具与配置→发件/SMTP配置

2. 若启用双重验证，需在"我的资料→安全→应用密码"生成专用密码

###### 示例2：Cpanel邮箱服务器  
1. 登录Cpanel→选择邮箱账户

2. 进入"邮件客户端手动设置"获取SMTP信息
