# 退款至礼品卡

### 概述
Synctrack退换货系统为商家提供了礼品卡退款选项，既能保留收入，又能让顾客将退款金额用于购买店铺其他商品。在退货门户上为顾客开通礼品卡退款功能非常简单，只需在Synctrack退换货管理的【设置】>【退款方案】中操作即可。

### 启用礼品卡退款功能
1. 进入Synctrack退换货应用的【设置】>【退款方案】
2. 开启"退款至礼品卡"选项，并添加简短的说明文字
3. 可通过设置奖励金额鼓励顾客选择此方式（如不需奖励可设为0）
4. 点击【保存】

### 礼品卡退款运作流程
**a. 顾客端界面**

若设置奖励金额，顾客将获得基于商品小计的额外金额。

**b. 管理端界面**

礼品卡奖励金额将显示在管理详情中。使用此功能需更新Shopify店铺权限，否则发放礼品卡时会报错。

### 礼品卡管理
当礼品卡退款申请获批后，Shopify将在其"礼品卡"板块自动生成对应金额的礼品卡代码。
1. 进入Shopify后台【产品】>【礼品卡】

2. 查找与Synctrack生成尾号一致的礼品卡
3. 在【礼品卡详情】中可查看：
* 从发放到邮件通知的全流程时间线
* 右侧标注礼品卡发放来源（Synctrack退换货系统）

### 自定义邮件通知
1. 进入【Shopify设置】>【通知】

2. 点击"自定义邮件模板"，找到"礼品卡创建"模板
3. 从右侧面板可修改品牌logo和按钮颜色
