# 退货方式设置指南

## 退货方式功能说明
Synctrack退换货系统提供4种退货处理方式，商家需至少启用一种：

### 支持的退货方式
1. **预付运费标签**：系统自动生成预付退货标签
2. **任意承运商**：客户自行选择物流公司退货
3. **无需退货**：适用于虚拟商品或特殊场景
4. **门店退货**：支持线下门店退货

## 配置步骤

### 第一步：启用退货方式
1. 进入【设置】>【退换货流程】>【退货方式】
2. 勾选需要启用的退货方式

### 第二步：自定义说明文案（可选）
* 可编辑每种方式的显示描述
* 设置详细的退货指引说明

### 第三步：保存设置

## 客户体验展示
1. **邮件通知**：设置的"退货指引"将显示在批准通知邮件中

2. **退货门户**：批准的退货请求将显示定制指引

## 最佳实践建议
1. 实物商品建议同时启用"预付标签"和"任意承运商"选项
2. 为每种方式提供清晰的退货指引
3. 高价值商品推荐使用预付标签方式
4. 本地业务可考虑启用门店退货选项
