# 退货请求批准后的退款处理流程

# 退款解决方案管理指南

## 审批退货申请
1. 进入"待处理退货"版块
2. 仔细审核退货申请详情
3. 确认无误后批准申请
4. 点击"退款"按钮

## 退款解决方案弹窗
批准退货申请后，系统将弹出退款解决方案选项窗口。默认显示客户在退货门户中选择的方案，您可选择以下4种主要退款方式：

### 方案A：原路退款
* 将退款金额退回至原始支付方式
* Synctrack将立即在您的Shopify后台创建退款记录

### 方案B：退款至礼品卡
* 将退款金额转为礼品卡
