# 退货/换货手续费设置指南

### 退货/换货手续费设置指南

#### 功能概述
系统支持根据**退货原因/解决方案**自动扣除手续费，您可以选择以下两种计费方式：
* **固定金额**：每笔退款收取固定费用
* **比例扣除**：按订单小计金额百分比计算（如：扣除5%）

#### 设置步骤
1. 进入 **设置 > 退货/换货流程 > 手续费**
2. 填写以下信息：
* 手续费金额/比例
* 费用说明文案
* 适用条件（退货原因或退款方案）
3. 点击"保存"完成设置

• 建议在店铺政策页面同步说明收费规则  
• 手续费将从退款金额中自动扣除
