# 商品换货功能设置指南

## 换货功能优势
换货功能为客户提供更灵活的售后选择，提升购物体验。系统支持三种换货方式：
* **同款商品换货**：自动识别原商品并提供相同商品选项
* **更换尺寸/颜色**：客户可直接在退货门户选择其他尺寸/颜色
* **更换其他商品**：客户可在退货门户直接搜索浏览其他商品

## 启用换货功能

### 基本设置
1. 进入【设置】>【换货】
2. 选择您要启用的换货选项（至少选择一项）

3. 添加换货差价说明文案（建议清晰简洁，避免客户混淆）

4. 点击【保存】完成设置

### 通知设置
前往【通知】>【换货通知】，开启各状态通知开关，确保客户及时了解换货进度

## 客户换货体验
当客户选择"更换其他商品"时，可直接在退货门户搜索并选择新商品：

## 最佳实践建议
1. 服装类商品建议同时开启三种换货选项
2. 在差价说明中明确补款/退款规则
3. 对高价值商品建议开启所有状态通知
