# 退款解决方案设置指南

## 退款解决方案功能说明
Synctrack退货系统为客户提供多种退款方式选择，商家需至少启用一种解决方案：

### 支持的退款方式
* **原路退款**：退回至原支付方式
* **店铺余额**：存入客户账户余额
* **礼品卡**：发放等值礼品卡
* **折扣码**：生成专属折扣码

## 配置步骤

### 第一步：进入设置
1. 前往【设置】>【退换货流程】

### 第二步：配置各退款方式

#### 1. 店铺余额退款
* 可添加100字内的说明文案（选填）
* 可设置奖励金额鼓励客户选择（设为0则不提供奖励）

#### 2. 折扣码退款
* 设置折扣码前缀和面值
* 格式示例：前缀+随机数字（如REFUND1025）
* 可启用邮件通知功能

#### 3. 原路退款
* 款项将退回至原支付账户

### 第三步：保存设置
完成配置后点击保存

## 最佳实践建议
1. 高复购率店铺推荐启用店铺余额退款
2. 季节性商品可设置折扣码退款
3. 贵重商品建议保留原路退款选项
