# 邮件通知

管理和配置在报价提交后发送给管理员和买家的邮件通知及模板。

|| 📌 需要先连接您的邮箱才能发送或接收邮件

连接邮箱账户的方式有：
1. 使用Google登录  
2. Gmail SMTP  
3. 使用Office 365登录  
4. 其他方式

断开邮箱账户：点击右侧的“Disconnect”按钮。

# PDF模板

### 1. PDF模板

###### 报价PDF

**测试导出**：点击预览当前报价模板的PDF效果。

**选项**：  
1. **样式** – 自定义字体、颜色、Logo等。

2. **内容** – 编辑显示的文字元素和详情  
**报价信息** – 显示报价编号、创建日期、到期日、折扣率、运费  
**客户信息** – 显示联系人信息、公司信息、收货地址、付款条款、报价查询信息  
**产品信息** – 显示SKU、规格、期望价格、属性、数量、总价  
**店铺信息** – 显示店铺名称、邮箱、公司名、地址、邮编、电话、税号、注册号

3. **分区** – 在报价PDF中添加分区

4. **翻译** – 自动检测语言并添加多语言版本。  
默认语言是英文，可添加一个或多个语言版本，每个版本都有独立的文字标签。

###### 添加语言版本  
点击语言标签右侧 ➕ 图标添加语言版本，导出PDF时可选择。

###### 设置默认语言版本  
标记为“Set as default”的语言会在导出PDF时自动选中。

###### 编辑语言版本文字标签  
可修改或删除PDF模板的所有文字标签。

###### 自动检测语言  
开启后，导出PDF时会自动检测客户语言（基于IP）。  

|| 📌 若关闭此功能，将使用默认语言导出PDF。
