# 如何连接 FedEx？

# FedEx物流集成配置指南

## 一、创建FedEx API项目
1. **登录FedEx开发者账户**
* 访问[FedEx开发者门户](https://developer.fedex.com/api/en-vn/home.html)

2. **创建组织**
* 进入"My Projects" > "Create an organization"
* 创建后可在"Manage Organization"管理

3. **创建新项目**
* 点击"My Projects" > "Create a project"

4. **启用必要API**
* 确保启用"Ship API"（创建标签必需）

* 完成创建流程

5. **获取凭证**
* 记下"生产环境"的API KEY、ACCOUNT NUMBER和SECRET KEY

## 二、连接Synctrack退货系统
1. **进入物流设置**
* 登录Synctrack Returns后台
* 导航至"设置" > "物流"标签页

2. **配置FedEx**
* 找到FedEx集成选项点击"连接"
* 输入从FedEx获取的API凭证

3. **基础设置**
* 设置默认包裹尺寸和类型
* 确保启用"预付运费标签"选项

## 三、测试连接
1. **创建测试退货**
* 在退货页面选择"预付运费标签"方式

2. **处理退货申请**
* 在"退货管理"标签页批准请求
* 选择FedEx作为承运商

3. **验证标签**
* 确认生成的标签信息准确无误

## 注意事项
* 必须使用生产环境API凭证，测试密钥无效
* 确保项目已添加Ship API权限
* 定期检查API密钥有效期
* 地址信息必须与FedEx账户记录完全一致
