# 如何连接 Shiprocket 的完整流程说明

# ShipRocket物流集成配置指南

## 第一步：创建API用户
1. **注册ShipRocket账户**
* 访问[ShipRocket注册页面](https://app.shiprocket.in/register)完成注册

2. **创建API用户**
* 登录后进入左侧面板
* 导航至【设置】>【API】>【配置】>【创建API用户】
* 在弹出的窗口中填写以下信息：
    * 电子邮箱（需与注册邮箱不同）
    * 设置密码并确认

## 第二步：连接Synctrack退货系统
1. 进入Synctrack后台
2. 导航至【设置】>【物流】>【Shiprocket】
3. 点击"连接"按钮

4. 输入刚创建的API用户邮箱和密码
5. 点击"连接"完成设置

## 第三步：基础配置
1. 设置默认包裹尺寸和类型
2. 确保启用"预付运费标签"选项

## 第四步：测试连接
1. **创建测试退货申请**
* 在退货页面选择"预付运费标签"方式

2. **处理退货申请**
* 在"退货管理"标签页批准请求
* 选择Shiprocket作为承运商

3. **验证标签**
* 检查生成的标签信息是否准确
