# Shiprocket

仅限专业版用户使用  

[Shiprocket](https://www.shiprocket.in/) 是印度最大的电商赋能平台，为数字零售商提供完整的客户体验解决方案。该平台作为直接商业的操作系统，提供物流、履约、客户沟通和营销工具等核心服务，服务全印度中小企业、D2C品牌和社交电商零售商。Shiprocket整合25家以上物流合作伙伴，支持覆盖印度29,290个邮编区域的国内配送及全球220个国家的国际配送。  

Omega预估交货日期为Shopify印度商户提供基于邮编的智能规则解决方案。通过此集成，您无需再手动为每个邮编设置规则。我们已预置Shiprocket API获取的印度全境29,290个邮编数据，可自动生成最小/最大交货天数预估规则。  

为确保隐私与专业配置，请直接联系客服专员开通此服务。集成前需在Shiprocket创建API用户，步骤如下：  

**步骤1**：登录Shiprocket账户，进入设置菜单

**步骤2**：定位API板块，点击"配置"

**步骤3**：在API用户详情页点击"创建API用户"  
此账户将用于Omega团队进行系统集成。请使用与Shiprocket主账户不同的邮箱注册，设置密码时请勿包含敏感信息。填写完成后点击"生成API凭证"。

**步骤4**：确保开启"活跃"状态以激活API账户

**步骤5**：请将以下信息提交给客服专员：  
* API用户的邮箱与密码  
* 产品发货仓库的邮编  
* ETA组件显示偏好（最短时效/最长时效/双日期显示）  
* 确认是否采用我们提供的[全印度邮编覆盖文件](https://synctrack.io/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/estimated-india-zipcode-shiprocket.xlsx)  

集成过程中请保持通讯畅通，以便及时澄清需求并获取支持。
