# 如何在 Synctrack 中管理货运？

### 物流管理看板  
该功能为商家提供所有物流订单的集中管理视图，实现高效有序的订单管理。通过此看板，商家可便捷追踪、监控和管理物流包裹，确保准时交付并提升客户满意度。

#### 功能使用指南
1. **访问路径**  
点击左侧导航栏【物流】选项，即可查看所有订单的物流状态概览（包括运输中、已送达、待处理等状态）。

2. **筛选与搜索**  
* **按状态筛选**：点击状态标签快速过滤

* **按时间筛选**：点击"最近30天"按钮自定义时间范围

3. **订单详情查看**  
点击任意物流单号，即可查看完整物流轨迹与订单信息（如下图所示）：

#### 核心功能模块
* **物流阶段追踪**  
实时显示订单从【待处理】→【运输中】→【派送中】→【已送达】的全流程状态。点击"重新同步"按钮可获取最新物流信息。

* **订单/客户信息**  
集中展示订单编号、收货地址、客户姓名、联系方式等关键信息，实现一站式管理。
