# 退货/换货 Webhook（网页钩子）

# 退换货Webhooks功能指南

## 功能概述
**退换货Webhooks**功能允许商家实时将退换货数据同步至自有系统，实现数据自动化处理。

## 商家配置步骤

### 启用功能
1. 登录Synctrack退货管理后台
2. 进入【设置】>【Webhooks】
3. 创建Webhook并配置接收端点和可选主题

### 事件类型配置
系统默认支持以下触发事件：
* 退换货订单创建
* 申请已批准
* 申请已拒绝
* 已完成退款

您可以根据需求选择需要接收通知的事件类型，并通过发送测试Webhook验证数据接收。

## 关键字段说明
* **returnOrderId**: 退换货订单唯一标识
* **status**: 当前处理状态
* **returnMethod**: 退货物流方式
* **items**: 包含商品名称、退货原因、价格和数量
* **label**: 退货标签链接（如适用）

注：所有时间字段均采用ISO 8601格式，货币字段使用ISO货币代码。
