Getting Started

This section will guide you through the initial steps to install, set up, and start using Blockify Records & Replay on your Shopify store.

Step 1: Install the App on Shopify App Store

Find Blockify Records & Replay on the Shopify App Store.
Click Add app and follow the prompts to install it into your Shopify store.

Step 2: Activate the App Embed

After installation, go to your Shopify admin panel
Navigate to Online Store > Themes > Customize
Open the Theme settings or Apps section
Enable the Blockify Records & Replay app embed to start recording visitor sessions on your storefront
Save your changes to activate the embed
Note: Activating the app embed is essential for the app to capture visitor interactions without additional coding.

Step 3: Start Playing the Records

Open the Blockify Records & Replay app from your Shopify admin
Go to the Records & Replay section
You will see a list of recorded visitor sessions
Click any session to watch a replay of the visitor’s browsing behavior
Use playback controls to pause, fast-forward, or filter sessions as needed
