Introduction to Dashboard
The Dashboard is the heart of Blockify Records & Replay, giving you a comprehensive overview of your store’s visitor activity, conversion performance, and quick access to support resources. Here’s a breakdown of each section and how you can use it to optimize your Shopify store.
This section summarizes your store’s key performance indicators for the selected time period (default: Last 7 days):

Total Visitors
Shows the number of unique individuals who have visited your store. This metric helps you track your reach and the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.
Total Sessions
Indicates the total number of recorded browsing sessions. A single visitor may have multiple sessions, so this number helps you understand overall engagement.
Successful Orders
Displays the total number of completed purchases during the period. This is a direct measure of your store’s sales performance.
Growth Indicators
The green arrows and “100% from last period” show the percentage change compared to the previous period, making it easy to track growth or spot declines at a glance.
Date Range Selector
Located in the top right of the Overview panel, this lets you adjust the reporting period (e.g., last 7 days) to analyze trends over different timeframes.
This area visualizes your store’s session data for deeper insights:
Total Sessions Chart
A line graph displays the number of sessions over time. Use this to spot daily or hourly trends, such as peak shopping times, campaign impacts, or sudden drops in activity that may require attention.
Session Outcomes Pie Chart
This chart breaks down all sessions into three categories:
Successful Orders (Light Blue): Sessions that resulted in a completed purchase.
Abandoned Carts (Purple): Sessions where visitors added items to their cart but did not complete checkout. Monitoring this helps you identify potential friction points in your checkout process.
Browsing Only (Dark Blue): Sessions where visitors browsed products but did not add anything to their cart. This can indicate interest without intent or issues with product appeal.
The numbers beside each category show the total count for the selected period, helping you quickly assess your store’s conversion funnel.
Located at the bottom of the dashboard, the Help Center ensures you’re never far from assistance or resources:

Access 24/7 one-on-one help via live chat. If you have any questions or run into technical issues, simply click “Chat with us” for immediate support. Or send email via [email protected].
