- Select currency for draft order

Select currency for draft order
When selecting this option, you will be able to select the currency that you prefer for your draft order.
Why do we need this feature?
- Avoid juggling between Shopify admin and Quote Snap to check and make sure the currencies aligned. Now, you can control the currency within the Quote Snap. Save you a lot of time!
- Normally, when you convert a quote to a draft order, the system currently defaults to the storeβs base currency, but many cases are special such as:
- Sell globally to customers who prefer different currencies
- Receive quotes in one currency but need the draft order in another

How can you use this feature?
Regarding the Shopify Markets, you will need to:
(1) Assign the currency
(2) Set up the shipping rate for the market so it can work
(3) Activate the market
When you select the currency, and create a draft order, you will see the draft order in the selected currency.
In the case that you don't select this feature, the draft order will default to your storeβs currency

- In the case, you create the quote manually, if you add a B2B customer, the custom item currency will follow the catalog's currency instead of store's currency like when you add a DTC customer.
