Customer Account
The Customer Account Feature allows you to set permissions for your customers, enabling them to effortlessly manage their quotes, accept or reject proposals, export quotes, and review details—all in one place.
1. Enable Customer Account
The Customer Account feature is introduced through Shopify’s New Customer Account Extension UI. This feature allows merchants to create blocks and pages within the Customer Account section.
To enable this feature in your store, you must activate it in your theme. We provide a quick redirect option—simply click the "Setting New Customer Account" button to enable it instantly.

The O: Request A Quote - Hide Price app includes two sections:
- Quote List Profile – This section allows you to add a block to the profile page. You can configure it within the profile page, and clicking "View Quote" will redirect users to the Quote List page.
- Quote List – Unlike the Quote List Profile, this section lets you add a menu item in the header for easy access.
2. Config Permission
You can configure:
- Action permissions: Export PDF, Accept & Reject quotem View quote detail
- Reorder: Allow customers to reorder previous quotes based on conditions
- Quote customer information
- Quote product information

Reorder
This feature will allow your customers reorder previous orders by themselves via the Customer account.
You can active this feature by:
- Turn on the feature
- Set up the button visibility: Quote list and Quote detail (Please note that the Quote Detail option can only be selected if you enable customers to view quote details by checking the View Detail box under Action Permissions)
- Set up button conditions: Allow reorder anytime (only for quotes in the last 60 days) and Allow reorder by conditions: Quotes converted to draft orders and After quote expiration

Button visibility
- Quote list: Your customers can reorder right on the quote list page

- Quote details: Please note that the Quote Detail option can only be selected if you enable customers to view quote details by checking the View Detail box under Action Permissions

Button conditions
- Allow reorder anytime (last 60 days): Quote created in 60 days can be reordered
- Allow reorder by conditions: Quotes converted to draft orders - Only quotes converted to draft orders can be reordered
- Allow reorder by conditions: After quote expiration - Quotes can only be reordered after they have expired

3. Translation
Within the Customer Account → Translation panel, you get full control over every bit of copy your customers see in their quote‐management portal. Instead of leaving things hard‑coded in English, you can swap in your own wording—or translate into any language—across all aspects of the account experience.

Why it matters:
By customizing or localizing each of these text groups, you ensure your quote‑management area feels 100% on‑brand (and in the right language) from top to bottom—so customers enjoy a seamless, professional self‑service experience when they review, accept/reject, export, or pay against their quotes.

Storefront logic
- Accept button
When you allow customers to accept a quote from their account page, they can only accept it once. After acceptance, the Accept button will be removed.
Additionally, based on your Accept settings (Proposal email > Settings > Accept & Reject button), you can customize what your customers will see after they accept the quote. This gives you full control over the confirmation experience, ensuring it aligns with your business process.
- Direct to Checkout page to complete the payment
- Direct to Confirm page to wait for your next steps

- Reject button
When you allow customers to accept a quote from their account page, they can reject the quote multiple times, and submit the reason for rejection.
Note: Your customers still can accept the quote when they have rejected it
