❌ Sold-out Items Management

This feature helps you control how out-of-stock products are handled when syncing to Google Merchant Center (GMC).

🔄 How it works

Option: ☐ Sold-out items management
Sold out items management

  • When enabled
Products will be automatically removed from your GMC feed as soon as their inventory hits zero.
Once restocked, the system will automatically re-sync and push the products back to GMC.
  • When disabled
Out-of-stock products remain listed in GMC.
Inventory changes will still be updated in GMC, but the product won’t be removed from your listings.

✅ Benefits of Enabling

Keeps your product listings accurate and clean.

Helps avoid disapprovals or bad customer experience from displaying unavailable items.

💡 Use this feature if you want to avoid advertising out-of-stock items on Google.

⚠️ Notes

This setting does not affect inventory syncing — inventory updates will continue to sync to GMC regardless of this setting.

Applies only to stock availability; it doesn't impact pricing, titles, or other product data.
