Access to Contact Form

Step 1: Access the Widget Tab

• Navigate to your Shopify admin panel.

• Click on "Apps" and select "Omega Chat" app.

• Move to tab "Contact Form"

Step 2: Select the form you want to customize by clicking the "Edit" icon, or create new form by fill the Form Name field and choose Form type
