What it does:
- See what’s converting.

- Identify your best-performing visuals & products.

Go to the Analytics tab in the sidebar menu.
What is included:
The Analytics section helps you track and evaluate how your Omega Instagram Feed widgets perform in terms of product engagement and interaction. Below are the key components:
- Total Add-to-carts overview
Metric shown: Total number of add-to-carts generated from tagged products in the selected feed widget.
Time filter: You can filter by date range (e.g., Last 7 days).
Line Chart:
- Compares the number of add-to-carts in the current period vs. previous period.
- Helps assess trends and changes in user interaction over time.
- Feed performance
Chart: A line graph comparing:
- Impressions (red line): How many times the feed appeared on your storefront.
- Clicks (blue line): How many times media in the feed was clicked.
In this chart you can view a detailed breakdown of how each individual media item (image/video) performs.
- Impressions: Number of times this media item was shown in your feed.
- Clicks: Number of times users clicked on the media.
- CTR: Click-through rate = (Clicks ÷ Impressions) × 100.
- Tagged products: Number of products linked (tagged) to that specific media.
Use case: Identify which visuals are driving the most interaction.
- Top product performance
This is the visual comparison of your top-performing products by:
- Impressions
- Clicks
- CTR
Purpose: Understand which products get the most visibility and interest from your feed.
In this chart you can view a breakdown of interaction per tagged product.
- Impressions: How often the product was seen through media in the feed.
- Clicks: How often the product was clicked to view details.
- Add-to-carts: How often the product was added to cart after being seen in the feed.
- CTR: (Clicks ÷ Impressions) × 100
Use case: Measure how effective each tagged product is in driving shopping intent.
⚙ Timezone settings:
To make sure your analytics reflect accurate data and reporting, you can now select your preferred timezone.
- Default setting: The timezone will automatically follow your store’s timezone.
- Customization: You can change it anytime to match your local timezone or your team’s reporting standard.
- Benefit: This ensures that all analytics data, such as impressions, clicks, and conversions, are displayed in alignment with your actual hours.
