It enables you to measure engagement and track usage patterns, helping you make data-driven decisions to improve user experience. Through detailed data breakdowns and visualizations, you can gain valuable insights into user interactions.



Filter by Time

Analyze widget performance over specific time intervals to understand trends and cyclic behaviors.

How to Use:

Access the time filter controls located typically at the top or side of the analytics dashboard.

You can choose from several predefined time spans such as "Today" "Yesterday" "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days", "Last month" "Last 60 days", or set a custom date range according to your needs.

The dashboard data will refresh to reflect the metrics from your selected time period.



Count Number of Clicks and Views by Device

Determine the distribution of user interactions with your widget across different devices. This analysis can help in optimizing for device-specific user experiences. Clicks and views will be uniquely counted based on your customer's browser session.

How to Use:

Each widget has its own device analytics section.

This area will display the total clicks and views your widget has received, broken down by device categories such as desktop and mobile.

Analyzing this data helps you understand which devices are most frequently used by your customers and may require more targeted optimizations.
