Auto-sync latest posts/reels to your published widget

With this feature, you can:
  • automatically add new posts to your media library in app.
  • keep your live widgets always fresh, relevant, and engaging.

What This Feature Does?

When enabled, the app will:

  • Automatically fetch new Instagram posts
  • Sync posts published within the last 6 months into the media library
  • Update already-published Instagram Feed widgets using the latest synced media

No action is required after the initial setup.

⚡ Auto Sync

Auto-sync allows a specific widget to automatically update with new Instagram posts without manual action.

Each widget can independently enable or disable auto-sync.

How Auto-sync Works

Please be noted that by default, Auto Sync is turned off.

  1. Open a widget (create or edit).
  2. Turn on Auto-sync new posts.
  3. Check sync frequency (e.g. every day). If you want to change schedule, you need to go to Settings page.
  4. The app automatically fetches new posts from the last 6 months.
  5. That widget updates automatically when new eligible media is synced.

Sync schedule is managed globally in Settings, but activation is controlled per widget.
  • You can choose how often the app should sync:
    • Every 2 hours
    • Every 8 hours
    • Every day
    • Every 3 days
  • The sync runs on fixed time intervals. For example, if you set it to Every 2 hours, the app will sync at 0h, 2h, 4h, 6h, …, 22h, 24h.
  • The newest synced posts/Reels will appear directly in your Media Library table and Live widgets.

🔄 Manual Sync

Manual Sync allows you to fetch the latest Instagram posts on demand from the app’s Settings page.

How Manual Sync Works

  1. Go to App Settings.
  2. Click Sync Instagram Media.
  3. The app fetches new posts from the last 6 months.
  4. Synced media becomes available in the media library.
  5. Published widgets update based on their media selection rules.

Once the sync is complete, the Last sync time will be updated so you always know when the latest sync happened.

When to Use Manual Sync

  • You want full control over when new posts appear
  • You are running a campaign and don’t want automatic changes
  • You want to review content before showing it on the storefront
