Data Sync with Shopify
Overview
Data Sync to Shopify in Omega Chat allows you to automatically sync customer data and chat interactions directly to your Shopify store. It keeps customer profiles, order details, and conversation history up to date in real time—giving your support and sales teams full context to personalize service, streamline workflows, and drive more sales.

Sync Condition
For the "Data Sync with Shopify", if you can not turn on this feature, please navigate to the "Form Answer" tab and click "Grant Permission" on the Top Banner. There are some conditions to sync successfully:
For email and phone, the data has to be in the right format and not duplicated to the previous customers
You have to name your title correctly, here are the list of titles:
(Note that you are free to add space and capital the letters)

countryCode (The code designating a country/region, which generally follows ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 guidelines)
provinceCode
zip
phone (Valid Formatted using E.164 standard)
email (Valid)
firstName
lastName
locale

For example, if you want to add "firstName" text field to your form and sync the answers to Shopify:
First, you have to change the Title correctly according to the list above, for example, "firstName" can be named as: "First name", "first Name", "FirstName",...
Secondly, remember to turn on "Data Sync with Shopify" option on the settings section.
Now, any form answers can be synced to Shopify's customer once they meet the requirement:
The data from "Email" and "Phone" field MUST be in the right format and aren't duplicated to your previous customers
