Date & time
Set up workdays, cut-off time, timezone, and blackout date.
Working day & cut-off time
Set a more precise estimate for preparation and delivery dates by excluding non-workdays from the timeline calculations.
Non-working days are not included in the estimate, which adds more days to preparation and delivery times.
On the storefront, after the cut-off time, the preparation and delivery start dates will shift to the next day.
There are 2 options:
Apply same time to preparation and delivery
This option is ideal when your store’s order handling, processing, and shipping operations follow the same schedule. It simplifies workflow management, making it easier to set consistent timelines.
Set separate times for preparation and delivery
This approach is better suited when the time your store processes orders differs from the delivery carrier’s schedule. It allows for better coordination with logistics partners, optimizing both preparation and delivery efficiency.
Timezone
Timezone affects the cut-off time for orders that appear to customers. By default, the app uses the local time setting from your customers' devices. However, you can set a specific timezone and the cut-off time will display accordingly.
Blackout date
Blackout date refers to any holiday or day when your business doesn't operate. You can add as many blackout dates as needed. These dates will not be included in the delivery estimation, meaning they will not count toward preparation and estimated delivery times.
