Fullscreen Banner
Overview
The Fullscreen Banner feature displays the banner in the center of the screen as a full-screen modal. A blurred overlay appears behind the banner so visitors focus on the message before continuing to browse.
When the banner is visible, page scrolling is temporarily disabled until the visitor interacts with the banner. This behavior works on both desktop and mobile devices.
How it works
Fullscreen mode is available only when the banner position is set to Center.
When Fullscreen is enabled:
- The banner is shown in the center of the viewport.
- A background overlay is displayed behind the banner.
- The page cannot be scrolled while the banner is open.
- Visitors must interact with the banner by choosing an available action such as Accept, Dismiss, or Preferences.
- Enabling Fullscreen also means the User Interaction Until Consent behavior is enabled.
- The overlay blur and opacity follow the settings configured for User Interaction Until Consent.
- If Glass Effect is enabled, the system will prioritize the blur and opacity settings from Glass Effect over the User Interaction Until Consent settings.
Clicking the overlay outside the banner does not close it.
How to enable Fullscreen Banner
- Open the banner design or position settings.
- Set the banner position to Center.
- Turn on the Fullscreen option.

- Configure blur and overlay opacity in the existing interaction settings. If Glass Effect is enabled, its visual settings will take priority.
- Save your changes and preview the banner.
What visitors will experience
When the fullscreen banner appears, it stays centered on the page and blocks interaction with the content behind it.
Visitors cannot continue scrolling until they respond to the banner. Once they click an action such as Accept All, Dismiss, or save their preferences, the banner closes and normal page scrolling is restored.
Important notes
- Fullscreen Banner works only with the Center position.
- If Fullscreen is turned on but the banner position is changed to another layout, fullscreen behavior is ignored.
- Enabling Fullscreen automatically applies the Block User Interact Until Consent behavior.
- Blur and overlay opacity are taken from the existing interaction settings.
- If Glass Effect is enabled, Glass Effect visual settings override the blur and opacity values from User Interaction Until Consent.
- The overlay does not close the banner when clicked.
- The feature is supported on both desktop and mobile.
Suggested short description
Fullscreen Banner displays the consent banner as a full-screen modal with a blurred background, requires visitors to interact with the banner before viewing page content, and uses the existing interaction or Glass Effect visual settings for blur and overlay styling.
