How to create XML Feed

XML Feeds allow you to sync product data from your Shopline store to channels such as Google Shopping, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, and more.

Step 1: Open XML Feeds

From your Shopline Admin:

Apps → FeedNexa Multiple Feed → XML Feeds

Click Create your feed now.

Step 2: Configure Feed Settings

Select XML Template

Choose the channel you want to create a feed for:

  • Google (GMC)
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok
  • Pinterest
  • Bing (MMC)
  • Klaviyo

Enter Feed Name

Give your feed a name so you can easily identify it later.

Select Products

Choose which products to include:

  • All products – Include all store products.
  • Include collections – Only include selected collections.

Schedule Feed Updates

Choose how often FeedNexa updates your feed:

  • Daily

Step 3: Generate XML

After completing the configuration, click Save.

After the feed has been saved:

  1. Open the feed.
  2. Click Generate XML.

FeedNexa will generate a feed URL that can be submitted to your marketing channel.

If you update any feed settings later, save the changes before generating a new XML version.

Optional: Customize Field Mapping

If you need to customize the data sent to your channel:

  1. Open the feed.
  2. Go to the Mapping fields tab.
  3. Edit how Shopline product fields are mapped to XML attributes.

For example:

Next Step

Once your XML feed is generated, copy the feed URL and submit it to your preferred marketing channel (Google Shopping, Facebook Catalog, TikTok Catalog, Pinterest, etc.).
