How to find ChatGPT Ads Pixel ID

Learn how to find (or create) the Pixel ID that TagFly uses to send conversion events to ChatGPT Ads.

What is a Pixel ID? In ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI Ads), the Pixel ID identifies a Data Source - the container that receives your conversion events. TagFly needs this ID for both browser and server-side tracking.

Step 1: Open ChatGPT Ads Manager - Conversions page

  • 1.2. Open Sidebar > Conversions, then select the Data Source tab.

If you already have a Data Source

  • Find the data source for your Shopify store in the list.

  • The value shown below the data source name is your Pixel ID. Copy it.

If you don’t have a Data Source yet

  • Click + Create data source

In the Create new data source dialog:

  • Data Source Name: enter a recognizable name (e.g., “My Shopify Store”)

  • Click Create

  • The new data source appears in the list. Copy the Pixel ID shown below its name.

Step 2: Paste the Pixel ID into TagFly

  • In TagFly, open ChatGPT Ads channel and paste the value into the Pixel ID field.

Important Note: Use one Data Source per store. If you send events to a different Pixel ID than the one used in your conversion events, conversions will not be counted

✅ That’s it!. You have done your Pixel ID setting
