How to set up Google Ads Enhanced Conversions tracking

Follow this guide to learn how to set up Google Ads Enhanced Conversions tracking.
Because the conversion actions are created by the app and sent via the API, Google treats them as offline conversions. Therefore, you need to enable these two Enhanced Conversions options so Google can use user-provided website data to attribute the conversions.

Step 1: Enable Enhanced Conversions in Google Ads
- Update both Enhanced Conversions settings ("Enhanced conversions for leads" and "Enhanced conversions") to use Google tag

- Please ensure you have accepted the Customer Data Terms

Step 2: Add a custom pixel
- Please go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Customer events → Custom pixels

- Click "Add custom pixel" → Enter pixel name (e.g., TagFly custom pixel)

- Copy and paste the code in app into the code editor


- Click Save and then Connect to activate the pixel

That's it, you'll have a connected custom pixel, and your Enhanced Conversions tracking will be working!
